Cyber Chapter Vendor Partnership

The Cyber Chapter, as the only “virtual” Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, has adopted an innovative approach to vendor partnering. This arrangement will benefit our vendors in several different ways including:

Prominent visibility on our web site, which is the “home” of our virtual Chapter.
Recognition as sponsors of educational scholarships and other opportunities for our members.
Inclusion in a Chapter vendor directory provided to each member of the Chapter.
Invitations to exclusive Cyber Chapter events.
Opportunity to host educational seminars.
Participation in Cyber Chapter Bingo.
Ability to budget early for the entire year.
Exposure to an international membership presence.

The chapter extends its sincere appreciation to its vendor partners. Without vendor support, many of the chapter's initiatives would not be possible.

Titanium

There is only one titanium-level sponsor opportunity. This is the top level of sponsorship. The organization contributing $5,000 will receive the following benefits:

Recognition at all Chapter meetings and events as well as on all Chapter mailings.
Invitation for two to the annual Cyber Chapter Dinner held during the ALA National Educational Conference and Exposition.
Invitation to Chapter cocktail meetings at regional and national conferences.
Banner ad on bottom of Cyber Chapter Forum pages, including link to sponsor’s web site (updated quarterly).
Free participation in the Cyber Chapter vendor bingo.
Double points for Cyber Chapter bingo at the annual vendor show.
Opportunity to host an educational seminar for the CLM online program or a program of sponsor’s choice.
Inclusion of sponsor’s marketing material in both the Chapter membership renewal notices and the new member welcomes.
Current list of names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Chapter members.
Insertion into Chapter vendor directory.

Gold

This level of sponsorship will cost $2,500 and will be available to only four vendors. This level of sponsorship will also be industry-exclusive, meaning that only one vendor from a specific industry will be accepted in this category. The benefits for this level are as follows:

Recognition at all Chapter meetings and events as well as on all Chapter mailings.
Invitation for one to the annual Cyber Chapter Dinner held during the ALA National Educational Conference and Exposition.
Invitation to Chapter cocktail meetings at regional and national conferences.
Medallion (logo sized) ad on Cyber Chapter Forum pages, including link to sponsor’s web site (updated quarterly).
Free participation in the Cyber Chapter vendor bingo.
Double points for Cyber Chapter bingo at the annual vendor show.
Opportunity to host an educational seminar of sponsor’s choice (after Titanium sponsor’s choice).
Inclusion of sponsor’s marketing material in both the Chapter membership renewal notices and the new member welcomes.
Current list of the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Chapter members.

Silver

This level of sponsorship will cost $1,000 and will be available to a maximum of six vendors. The benefits are as follows:

Recognition as a Silver level sponsor on all Chapter mailings.
Medallion (logo sized) ad on Cyber Chapter web site.
Free participation in the Cyber Chapter vendor bingo.
Inclusion of sponsor’s marketing material in both the Chapter membership renewal notices and the new member welcomes.
Current list of names, addresses and phone numbers of Chapter members.
Insertion into Chapter vendor directory.

Bronze Sponsors

This level of sponsorship will cost $500 and will be limited to fifteen vendors. The benefits are as follows:

Recognition as a Bronze level sponsor on all Chapter mailings.
Link on the sponsor section of the Cyber Chapter web site.
Free participation in the Cyber Chapter vendor bingo.
Current list of names, addresses, and phone numbers of Chapter members.
Insertion into Chapter vendor directory.

Associate Sponsors

This level of sponsorship will cost $250 and there is no limit to the number of vendors at this level. The benefits are as follows:

Recognition as an Associate sponsor on the Cyber Chapter web site.
Link on the sponsor section of the Cyber Chapter web site.
One set of Cyber Chapter member mailing labels.
Insertion into Chapter vendor directory.
